Damaged Soaps

From our experience as a soap distributor, when there's not enough love, tender & care put into storing goods in a proper place, chances are the soaps would either be eaten/bitten by rats or the plastic wrapper would be torn apart (from day-to-day handling by workers and customers who are curious to pick up the soap & smell them from time to time).

Usually, we would replace these damaged soap with a new stock with no charge but in some cases, our baskets are also misplaced or lost, and the soaps are so badly damaged that we do not have any choice but to consider the soaps sold & ask outlet operators to replace the lost basket. These are indeed additional costs that had been spent by us. Well, this all depends on the situation. We are not too rigid about the whole damage and loss thing but sometimes, we need to put a stand and tell our partners that they need to be a bit more responsible in keeping their stocks/goods at the shop well taken care of.

As for the damaged soaps, we will normally turn it into our personal use.
